Angel Food Bakery is a scratch bakery in the heart of downtown Hopkins. There are no shortcuts in our kitchen and no mystery mixes on our shelves — just dough we mix, cakes we decorate by hand, and donuts we fry fresh the mornings we're open.
Working in small batches keeps every cookie, macaron and cake at the quality we'd want to serve our own families. Some days that means the case looks a little different — and we think that's exactly how a real bakery should be.

You'll find us at 701 Mainstreet, in the beloved former Amy's Cupcake Shoppe space. We're proud to carry that local legacy forward — keeping a few longtime favorites on the menu while bringing our own donuts, pretzels and coffee to the neighborhood.
